PRESENTING & WELCOMING RECEPTION SUPPORTER – $7950
Stand out as our premier event supporter. Receive special recognition before, during, and after the event via a pre-conference stand-alone email to the entire AAEP membership database, printed signage, mobile app listing, social media posts, printed handout to attendees in the registration area, a post- conference list of opted-in attendees, and two complimentary conference registrations.
GREETING GOODIES SUPPORTER – $2150
Welcome and engage with an expected 350 attendees as they arrive on Monday, December 9th with an elevated themed snack bar and beverage station. Recognition will be distributed via printed signage, logo in email to attendees, and in the mobile app.
MONDAY BREAKFAST SUPPORTER – $2950
Enjoy an exclusive meal as our breakfast supporter. This supporter will receive a handout/promotional item placed at each seat at the breakfast tables, signage, logo in email, acknowledgement on social media, opportunity to address attendees for a five-minute welcome, a post-conference list of opted-in attendees, and two badges to attend the conference.
MONDAY LUNCH SUPPORTER – $3950

TUESDAY AFTERNOON BREAK SUPPORTER – $2050

CONFERENCE WIFI SUPPORTER – $2450
Allow attendees to collaborate and work remotely online with a custom WIFI password and QR code branded with your company’s information in the registration area.
CHARGING STATION SUPPORTER – $2450
Allow attendees to recharge their devices at a charging station branded with your company’s information in the registration area.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
- All exhibit space cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAEP at info@aaepsych.org. A confirmation of receipt will be sent in response to all cancellations.
- The exhibit fee includes admission to the exhibit hall and meals. Up to 2 additional representatives may be registered for an additional fee of $300 each.
- Exhibit personnel may attend all functions in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors wishing to attend sessions must register as a conference attendee and pay the appropriate registration fee.
For All Supporters & Exhibitors
- The supporter/exhibitor fees include two exhibitor badge admissions for the exhibit hall area only and complimentary meals offered at the conference. Up to two additional representatives may be registered for an additional fee of $300 each.
- Supporting/exhibiting personnel may attend all functions in the exhibit hall. Those wishing to attend educational conference sessions must register as a conference attendee and pay the appropriate registration fee (unless complimentary registrations are offered as a benefit of their supporter selection).
- An exhibitor kit will be sent to all vendors who support/exhibit at NUBE including the tabletop exhibit move-in and break-down schedule, exhibit hall hours, your company’s booth location, materials shipping details, electrical service options, how to register your exhibit booth staff or facilitate eligible supporters’ complimentary conference registrations, and other helpful information in advance of the conference date.
- Exhibit space is limited and supporters/exhibitors are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Full payment must be received by Friday, November 7th.
