CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that an Exhibitor cancels participation in the exhibit, Exhibitor shall promptly notify AAEP in writing by sending an email to info@aaepsych.org.

• Cancellations received prior to November 12, 2018 will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received on or after November 12, 2018 will result in forfeit of all funds paid.

Upon cancellation, Exhibitor loses all right to space and NUBE reserves the right to reassign that space to another Exhibitor. In addition, the Exhibitor loses the right to use any complimentary exhibitor registration badges.
