AAEP NUBE 2025 POSTER PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS & INFORMATION
Poster presenters are required to design, print and purchase their own poster display, and ship or bring it to the conference.
POSTER SPECIFICATIONS:
Paper type: Matte paper
Orientation: Horizontal
Grommets: None
Size: 30 x 40 inches
Mounting: Foam Board (will be provided onsite by AAEP along with thumb tacks)

To order/print/ship your poster, please click the link below.
- IMPORTANT: Be sure to order the 30 x 40 horizontal size on matte paper
- You may ship the poster to yourself directly and carry it to the conference – or – ship the poster directly to the hotel with clear instructions to “hold for guest” with the name of who is picking up the poster and referencing the AAEP NUBE Conference.
- Posters shipped to the Sheraton New Orleans may not arrive before Wednesday, December 3. The shipping address for the Sheraton New Orleans is: FedEx Office at Sheraton New Orleans, 500 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130
- Poster presenters are required to bring or ship their poster to the conference and set it up in the poster session area.
SET-UP INFORMATION:
The posters will be displayed in the following location:
Sheraton New Orleans
Fifth Floor
Grand Ballroom Foyer
AAEP will provide 30 x 40 foam boards with push pins on easels in the Poster Area.
Poster boards will be numbered and will include the name of your poster. Upon arrival, please find your designated poster board and affix your poster (pins will be provided).
SET-UP TIME
Sunday, December 7, 2025
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Please note overnight security in not provided so do not leave any valuables with your poster.
Monday, December 8, 2025
Anytime between 7:00AM-4:00 PM (preferably before 8:00AM)
All posters must be set up no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, December 8, 2025.
POSTER SESSION
Monday, December 8, 2025 – 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
The Poster Session will take place during the Welcome Reception on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 5:30 PM-6:30 PM in the Grand Ballroom Foyer on the Fifth Floor at the Sheraton New Orleans. At this time, at least one presenter should be available at the poster for questions.
AAEP will leave the posters up for the full conference. Please plan to remove your poster by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. The conference adjourns at 12:00 PM. Poster presenters are responsible for return shipment of their poster. Any posters left behind will be discarded.
