There is nothing more paramount than the safety and wellbeing of our attendees. Due to increasing COVID numbers, we will be requiring all attendees, supporters/exhibitors, speakers, staff, volunteers, board and committee members to submit proof of COVID completed (Two dose for mRNA or one for J & J) vaccination record or  negative COVID test (PCR or antigen) in order to attend the conference.  Here are a few ways you can submit your vaccination record: 

1) Upload a copy while registering. If you have already registered, contact us with a copy and we can update your registration record. 

2) Bring a photocopy with you to provide during on-site registration 

Effective Friday, July 30th, a mask mandate went into effect in Nevada. As a result, we are requiring masks or face coverings that comply with government guidelines and mandates in our meeting spaces as well as all public hotel spaces. If you forget your mask, please stop by registration and we can provide you with one.
