Refund Policy

  • Requests received on or before November 30, 2023 will receive a refund of the registration fee paid less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Join & Go membership fees are nonrefundable, the conference registration portion will receive a refund of the registration fee paid less a $50 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be given for requests received on or after December 1, 2023.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions

The American Association for Emergency Psychiatry is committed to hosting a safe event wherein all attendees and guests are both protected and comfortable.  AAEP will be following all local, venue, state and CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19 protocols during the NUBE conference. 

1.)  Attendees are strongly encouraged to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.
2.) Attendees should not participate in the meeting if, at any point, they feel unwell or test positive before or during the meeting. 
3.) Masks are encouraged but not required. Anyone who wishes to wear a mask is welcome to do so and their decision should be respected.
