Continuing Education Survey Response Deadline: December 24, 2025
For attendees, claiming CME is a two-step process:
1. Sign In Once Onsite
There will be QR codes posted in the Grand Ballroom Foyer surrounding registration that will be available throughout the conference. Scan the code just one time for the duration of the conference to enter your information and confirm your participation. Required to receive credit.
Important: If you did not sign in while at the conference, you will not be considered to receive credit.
2. Complete the Post-Conference Survey
A survey link will be emailed to the address used to register the attendee immediately after the conference. Submit by the deadline to receive your CME certificate. Required to receive credit.
Important: Please make sure your email is subscribed to receive communications from AAEP. It is the attendee’s responsibility to both complete the survey and receive our emails. We encourage you to complete the evaluation as soon as possible. Once the evaluation closes, you will no longer be able to claim credit.
