CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that an Exhibitor or Supporter cancels participation, Exhibiting/Supporting Company shall promptly notify AAEP in writing by sending an email to info@aaepsych.org.

• Cancellations received prior to November 1, 2021 will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received after November 1, 2021 will result in forfeit of all funds paid.

Upon cancellation, Exhibitor loses all right to space and NUBE reserves the right to reassign that space to another Exhibitor. In addition, the Exhibitor loses the right to use any complimentary exhibitor or conference registration badges.
